Your Job
As the Partnership Strategy & Operations Manager, you will drive the operational rhythm for our external vendors, tackling problems and driving operational alignment to help our vendors align their goals with our objectives and sales targets. This role will work extensively with leaders from various functional teams; we need someone who can clearly communicate ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, drive process implementation and change at scale, and own vendor programs and processes. Your Focus
- Shape Paystone’s partner strategy and plans, through data-driven analyses.
- Gather and synthesize relevant data, lead analyses and develop recommendations around strategic and operational partner initiatives.
- Persuasively communicate practical strategy recommendations to key partners and internal stakeholders.
- Develop and lead a robust operating model to ensure partner strategy is implemented and its expected impact is realized and targets are met; bringing your insights and recommendations on how to continuously improve value creation.
- Establish a collaboration network across different Paystone teams, working side-by-side with multiple teams and being the "connector" that enables a well-oiled cross-functional partnership strategy and execution.
Who You Are
- Experience in either call center operations or a management consulting firm, ideally with technology experience with strong experience influencing cross-functional multidisciplinary teams.
- Successful in dynamic environments, rapidly anticipating and adapting to shifting priorities.
- Ability to rapidly assess high-level & ambiguous problems, define scope and options, then evaluate and recommend partnership strategy to address critical business issues.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce, Excel, partner management software, and other relevant tools.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, lead generation, and pipeline management.
