Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Associate to join our growing team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for contacting potential clients from the provided list of leads, engaging them through phone calls and emails, and ultimately securing meetings with the respective managers to discuss our program offerings. Your primary objective will be to drive the sales process from initial contact to successful closure while maintaining a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities:

Lead Outreach: Initiate contact with potential clients from the provided list of leads through phone calls and emails. Establish rapport, identify needs, and showcase the benefits of our products and services.

Appointment Scheduling: Skillfully engage prospects and schedule meetings with relevant managers or decision-makers to present our program offerings.

Sales Presentations: Conduct persuasive and professional presentations to prospects during the scheduled meetings. Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of our products and services and their potential value to the client.

Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with clients by addressing their concerns, providing tailored solutions, and serving as their primary point of contact throughout the sales process.

Sales Follow-up: Proactively follow up with prospects after initial meetings to answer any questions and provide additional information, nurturing the leads until successful closure.

Sales Negotiations: Collaborate with the sales team to negotiate terms and pricing that align with both the company’s objectives and the client’s needs.

Sales Metrics: Consistently track and update sales progress and lead interactions in the CRM system. Provide regular reports on your sales activities and achievements.

Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities to refine sales strategies and capitalize on potential leads.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect effectively with clients.
  • Strong ability to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented and organized to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing sales strategies and market demands.

Compensation:

  • Hourly rate of $17, with the potential for commission based on closed and paid sales.
  • The commission percentage will be discussed during the interview process.
